Dear Carpetland,
I am writing to compliment you on the way you managed my recent purchase of carpeting. I was treated with the utmost respect and was waited on immediately when I entered the store. You were able to provide me with several different carpets to choose from, and ultimately, the one I picked you had in stock.
I was under a tight deadline with the installation, and you were able to deliver both product and installation before my deadline. We had a New Years Eve party, and the room for the children was complete and looked great.
Our installer Paul Moys was awesome. He was there exactly when he said he would be, finished the trim detail just the way I wanted and very courteous and kind. He removed all the debris and placed the remnant where I wanted it. I will ask for him for all of my future projects, as Paul has the experience, the work ethic and the customer service I expect from a known company like Carpetland.
As a result of my recent experience, Carpetland can expect future business from me exclusively based on the experience I had. It’s great to buy local, especially when the product and service is so good.
